(Sacramento, CA) Identifying Project Funding With the recent formation of CCAs around the heaviest loads in Southern California (LA and San Diego), CCAs are now effectively replacing the IOUs as the primary procurers for over 600 Megawatts over the next couple years, and more beyond. MCE has already initiated its own major projects, and other CCAs are following suit, in the case of Redwood Coast even signing a MOU for offshore wind.
